About me
Yvonne Lee (she/her) is the Head of Integrated Systems, Digital and Technology, at The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens where she manages the assessment, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrations to cultivate holistic data ecosystems. Prior roles at LACMA, Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, and as an independent data manager for arts non-profits informed her humanist approach to data and technology that examines assumptions coded into prevailing information practices. She has served as President of the Museum Computer Network Board of Directors, is a founding member of the Los Angeles County Arts Datathon, and consults on the UCLA Department of Information Studies Professional Programmatic Committee. She holds a B.A. in Art History from UC Berkeley, and an MLIS in Archival Science from UCLA. Talk with her about how a fair portion of museum technology is really unlicensed therapy.
